- Commercial rules
- Negotiated price and EULA for the designated AWS account(s), up to 25 accounts per offer. Accepted offer becomes an agreement between buyer and seller. At expiry the buyer moves to public pricing or loses the subscription, depending on product type. Installment plans (flexible payment schedules), auto-renewal for contract pricing, standardized terms (SCMP). Private offers do not support BYOL. Charges appear on the AWS bill.
