- A private offer carries seller pricing and EULA terms for designated AWS accounts (up to 25 per offer); on acceptance it becomes an agreement between buyer and seller. When the agreement expires the buyer either moves automatically to public pricing or loses the subscription, depending on product type. A buyer can be subscribed to only one offer (private or public) at a time. Private offers do not support BYOL.
