- Under the AWS Customer Agreement (Last Updated 2026-08-14), Third-Party Content (such as third-party software offered on the AWS Site or with the Services) is used at the customer's election and may carry separate terms and fees. The AWS Intellectual Property License grants a limited, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to AWS Content only for permitted use of the Services, and separate licenses (for example open source) prevail in a conflict.
