- The contract term of a Marketplace purchase commences on the date in the EULA, order form or other contract with the third-party provider, otherwise on the date in the AWS Marketplace invoice. Disputes with a third-party provider must be resolved directly with that provider. The EULA (the seller's own, or the SCMP) is between seller and buyer.
