- Billing overview: "A Workato credit is a single, common billing unit used across every capability. You purchase a balance of credits, and any capability you use draws from that same balance, whether you're running workflows, processing documents, or running an agent."
- Counting rules
- Each capability measures usage in its own metric (Tasks, API Calls, API Proxy Calls, Rows, Genie actions, Pages, Events, MCP Proxy Calls, Seats), and that usage is converted into credits drawn from one balance. Only successful operations count; IDP Pages and Event streams Events are added on top of the hosting asset's usage; an operation counted in one metric is not counted again in another. The conversion rates per metric are not published; they are set in the contract.
- Floors / minimums
- Enterprise editions: credit volume per Order Form. Self-service: Workato Free one-time grant of 50,000 credits; Workato Pro 2,500 to 50,000 credits per month, no rollover.
