- "Account Holder shall pay all fees due to Workato annually in advance unless otherwise specified in the applicable Order Form (“ Fees ”). Fees are based on the Subscription purchased as set forth in the applicable Order Form. Unless expressly stated otherwise in this Agreement, all Fees paid are nonrefundable and payment obligations are non-cancelable. Account Holder shall not reduce the scope of the Subscription purchased and the applicable Fees during the relevant Subscription Term."
