- Terms of Service §12(a): each Subscription Term renews "for successive one (1) year periods at Workato’s then-current pricing" unless notice of non-renewal is given 30 days before the end of the term.
- Commercial rules
- Renewal is at then-current pricing, which also means that changes to the Terms of Service posted on the website take effect at the next renewal (§21(d)). Fees are annual in advance and non-cancellable; scope cannot be reduced during a Subscription Term (§5(a)).
