- Offering Terms 1.5: Authorized Users include "those designated by Customer by name or other identifier to access and use the Offering ("Named User") on Customer's behalf". User IDs "are granted to individual, named persons" and credentials may not be shared (2.3).
- Counting rules
- One licence per designated person. Reassignment only in the cases in the User Assignment and Device Management Policy (departure or role change, end of a contractor engagement, wrong assignment at purchase, at renewal). A person assigned to one component of a bundle consumes a Named User for every product in the bundle. Simultaneous devices per Trimble ID as stated in the Order or Documentation (three, one or unlimited).
