- Offering Terms 1.5 and 7.4: Authorized Users are employees and, unless prohibited in the Order, Documentation or Supplemental Terms, contractors, consultants or customers of the Customer or its Affiliates authorized to use the Offering on the Customer's behalf; the Customer is responsible for third-party users, whose use must be for the Customer's internal business purposes.
