- SketchUp help: each product licence is for a single named user (a real person with first name, last name and email) for the subscription term; the person using a licence must match the person assigned at purchase or renewal; licences cannot be transferred except at the times allowed by the User Assignment and Device Management Policy. Added licences are co-termed and prorated. (effective 2026-09-21)
