- Offering Terms 11.2: the Subscription Term is set in the Order and begins on the earlier of the Provision Date or 90 days after sale; unless the Order says otherwise each Subscription Term "will renew for successive periods of the same duration" unless either party gives at least 30 days notice of non-renewal.
