- Sage X3 Subscription Agreement s.1.1: "User" means a named human authorized by you to use the Software and the Documentation, for whom you have purchased a subscription, and who has been supplied with user credentials for the Software by you or by us at your request. "User Subscriptions" means the number of user subscriptions purchased by you.
- Counting rules
- The maximum number of Users permitted to access and use the Software must not exceed the User Subscriptions purchased (s.2.7). Users of Affiliates count only if paid for and listed (s.2.4). Additional Users are billed pro rata; reductions take effect only at the next Renewal Term (s.2.8). The perpetual agreement uses the same named-user definition with "licence" in place of "subscription".
