- Sage X3 agreements s.6.1: Sage or its designated auditors may audit use, with access to any premises where the Software is installed or used (including disaster recovery sites) and the computer equipment there, at Sage's expense and with reasonable prior notice where possible. Underpayments are invoiced at the then-current price list and payable within 10 days.
