- Sage X3 Subscription Agreement s.2.8: added User Subscriptions or modules are paid pro rata at the then-current price list for the rest of the term; reductions may only take effect from the next Renewal Term. Under the perpetual agreement a reduction gives no refund of License Fees, but Maintenance and Customer Support Fees are adjusted at the next renewal.
