- Sage X3 Subscription Agreement s.9.1: after the Initial Subscription Term the agreement renews for successive 12-month Renewal Terms unless either party gives notice of non-renewal at least 60 days before the end of a term; a customer who misses the deadline remains liable for the fees for the following Renewal Term. The UK Subscription Licence Agreement has the same 60-day rule.
