- Sage X3 Perpetual License Agreement s.1.1: "Maintenance and Customer Support Fees" means the fees payable by you to us (or your Reseller) for the right to receive Maintenance and Customer Support, as more particularly set out in your Order.
- Commercial rules
- Invoiced annually at the Maintenance and Customer Support renewal; Sage may increase the fees on reasonable prior written notice (s.5.2). Reducing Users or modules gives no refund of License Fees, but Maintenance and Customer Support Fees are adjusted at the next renewal (s.2.8). Overdue fees allow Sage to suspend Maintenance and Customer Support (s.5.7).

- Sage X3 perpetual licences (US and Canada). For subscriptions, Maintenance and Customer Support are included in the Subscription Fees.
