- Proton FAQ: "Users are accounts in your organization that aren’t administrators." Proton for Business plans are priced per user, and the Help Center describes a user as an account that can see and manage only its own account.
- Counting rules
- Users can be added or removed at any time from the Primary Admin account; removals earn a prorated credit and additions are prorated only if made by the Primary Admin. An organization can hold up to 5,000 users before Proton asks the customer to contact enterprise sales.
