- Definition
- Main Services Agreement s.1(d): a "VDI Session" is "a single instance of access by an Authorized User to a specific virtualized environment hosted on the Customer's internal or external infrastructure."
- Counting rules
- The maximum number of authorized VDI Sessions is calculated by adding the maximum number of simultaneous sessions used by each virtual Device or desktop pool over a 24-hour period (UTC) (MSA s.1(d)). The License page sums the daily peak of each pool and reports the highest daily total of the last seven days; devices reporting VDI session events are excluded from device seats when Collector is 25.4.x or later.
