- Main Services Agreement s.1(c): the Services "include and require a software client component to be installed in Customer's (desktop or other) environment (also known as the "Collector") on individual endpoints or devices (the "Device(s)") as set forth in the Documentation."
- Counting rules
- The Collector licence is granted "as far as necessary to use Services on the permitted Devices" for the Order Term, and once allocated to a Device it may not be transferred except when the original Device has been decommissioned (MSA s.1(c)). In the product, one seat is counted for each device in the database and released when the device ages out of inventory retention (License documentation).
