- Nexthink notifies the customer, who may buy the extra quantity on a new Order or correct the unwanted use. If no action is taken within one month of the Initial Notification, Additional Use is charged from its start date at the negotiated fee plus a 20% premium. The clause addresses isolated instances, not gradual growth.
