- Help, License types: "If you have a key-based commercial license, you need either a hardware key (CodeMeter) or a software key." A single copy ships on a "single license" key; multiple licences ship on a "NET" key which holds all the licences.
- Counting rules
- EULA s.1.2.2: Commercial Mode requires a connected hardware key, an installed software key or an activated Cloud License; s.4.1.1.3 permits use on a single computer at a time. Graphisoft checks key serial numbers and may revoke licences on blacklisted or grey-listed keys (s.2.1.2). A hardware key carries a one-year defect warranty; the software key has no warranty and must be re-purchased if destroyed (s.7.2.1).
