- EULA Part E s.7: in addition to other compliance checks, Graphisoft may carry out a remote electronic audit or an on-site audit on seven days' prior written notice, may appoint a third party, and the customer must cooperate, bring its use into line (including paying fees) and reimburse audit fees if non-compliance is found.
