- EULA s.2.1.3 to 2.1.4: technical protection measures collect technical data to detect unlicensed use. If Graphisoft finds unlicensed use it may terminate with immediate effect and claim damages; the user is told by an in-app message and, if the licence is not legalised within at most 14 days, the program switches to demo mode. Legalisation means buying a licence and compensating damages (s.5.1.11).
