- Archicad EULA Part C s.9.11: "the Services and Benefits which are made available by Graphisoft to the Customer in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Forward Agreement." Coverage extends to the "entire pool of existing Product licenses, current, and future purchases" while a Service Term is in effect (s.1.4).

- Service Fees are owed for all Product licences acquired or owned at any time during the Service Term (s.3.1 and 3.2); fees are set by the Selling Entity; payment more than five days late suspends Services and Benefits. Renews automatically unless either side gives notice at least 30 days before the end of the Service Term (s.5.2.1). Forward customers receive New Versions without the upgrade fee (s.9.8). Graphisoft states perpetual and SSA/Forward licences were sold to new customers until 2024-12-31 and to existing customers until 2025-12-31.
