Graphisoft licences may not be split, and resold licences must be re-registered

- EULA s.5.1.1 prohibits selling, lending, sublicensing or transferring the right to use the Software without Graphisoft's prior written consent; s.5.1.7 prohibits dividing a licence and reselling parts. The purchaser of a resold licence must re-register it with Graphisoft's appointed local Partner and pay the applicable fees (s.5.2.1).
