- TeamCity License Agreement v2.0 §3 a) iii): "under an Enterprise Server License, with each License Key, run one (1) instance of a Server without any limitations on the number of build configurations and connect three (3) Free Build Agents to a single Server at no additional costs."
- Counting rules
- One running TeamCity server per License Key at any time. Secondary nodes in a high-availability setup share the main server's license. A copy of the server run at the same time needs its own key (a Trial license may be used for non-production). Licenses are not bound to a server instance or machine. Each license or renewal includes a 12-month Maintenance Period; the license stays valid perpetually for versions released before the end of that period.
