- Licensing Policy (2026-05-27): TeamCity licenses are perpetual for the versions they cover. Each license (Enterprise Server and Agent) has a maintenance period, generally 1 year, and is valid for any version released before purchase or within the maintenance period. TeamCity License Agreement §3 b): a Paid Build Agent cannot be used with a Server version released after its Maintenance Period expires.
