- TeamCity License Agreement v2.0 (effective 2025-11-27) §3 c): an Enterprise Server license for non-commercial open-source projects that meet the Open Source Definition allows unlimited Build Agents but is time-limited to one year, renewable free on written request 30 days before expiry if the criteria are still met. Commercial use is expressly prohibited.
