TeamCity falls back to Professional mode when the Enterprise license is out of maintenance

- Licensing Policy (2026-05-27): if the Enterprise license key is removed, a trial expires, or the server is upgraded to a version released outside the maintenance window, TeamCity switches to Professional mode. If build configurations or authorized agents exceed the valid licenses, the server pauses the build queue until sufficient valid keys are entered. Agent licenses outside their maintenance window expire the same way.
