Statement
OnBase User Group-associated licensing: existing workstation-registered and user-assigned licences are consumed before User Group-associated licences; when several licences of one family are associated, availability is checked in the order workstation, named-user, concurrent and the first available is used. Dynamic workstation registrations persist after logout and can deplete licences.
Applies when
Configuring User Group licence association in OnBase Configuration.
Applies to
OnBase legacy licensing.
