- Counted per individual agent assigned the Business agent add-on licence. When a requester is added as an agent to a business workspace, Freshservice allocates a Business licence first, then an IT full-time licence, then an IT occasional licence (Agent and License types). Business agents work in business workspaces and have limited, mostly read-only access in IT workspaces; they cannot access assets, contracts or purchase orders.
