- Freshservice support (accounts with workspaces): when a requester is added as an agent, Freshservice allocates an available licence in a fixed sequence. IT workspaces take an IT full-time licence, then an IT occasional licence; business workspaces take a Business licence, then an IT full-time licence, then an IT occasional licence.
