- Foxit prices its subscription plans "per user/year" (pricing page): Foxit PDF Editor costs $129.99 per user per year and Foxit PDF Editor+ $159.99 per user per year. In Admin Console Account Mode each end user activates PDF Editor by signing in to a Foxit account to which a licence has been assigned.
- Counting rules
- Count each person assigned a subscription licence (in Admin Console, each user holding an assigned licence). The EULA allows the subscription licence on the "Permitted Number of Compatible Computer(s)" while the subscription is paid; a user's additional devices consume activations of the same licence, up to the device limit in the plan or set by the administrator. Accounts may not be shared (General Terms of Service s.2.1).

- No minimum for PDF Editor or PDF Editor+. eSign Business requires five or more licences. Volume pricing applies from 30 licences for PDF Editor (16 on the eSign pricing page).
