- EULA s.3.2: monthly subscriptions renew monthly; yearly subscriptions with monthly payment need a 12-month commitment and renew annually at the then-current rate; yearly subscriptions paid yearly renew annually. Customers opt out during purchase, through the customer portal or by written request. EEA consumers have a one-month termination right instead (s.17.2.4).
