- EULA s.10: on request, a business must within 30 days document and certify that its use of all Foxit Products conforms to its licences. Foxit may inspect records, systems and worksite; if non-compliance is found, the customer must buy additional licences, support or maintenance and bear the reasonable inspection fee. The General Terms of Service s.12 and the Workspace EULA s.10 contain the same clause.
