- A licence that lets any of several named agents work in the Five9 domain as long as the number logged in at the same time does not exceed the licensed count. Five9 describes concurrent seat licensing as allowing multiple human agents to use a single application licence during a 24-hour period.

- The domain enforces the licensed count at login: with 10 licences and 10 agents logged in, the 11th agent is refused. The Account tab shows "Agents licensed". Five9 describes the public bundle prices as per concurrent user.
