- Deployed Knowledge Worker means a Knowledge Worker who has a profile configured within the installed Cisco Technology provisioning platform and associates that profile with the applicable desk phone, any Jabber client, any Webex app client, mobile phone, video Device, or personal computing Device, as applicable. The Meter for the Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan Portfolio is the number of Deployed Knowledge Workers.
- Counting rules
- You must assign each Knowledge Worker a cloud, on-premises, or hosted account to be treated as a single Deployed Knowledge Worker. A Knowledge Worker who is assigned more than one configuration (cloud, on-premises, or hosted) will be counted as multiple Deployed Knowledge Workers. Knowledge Worker itself is coverage qualification, not a separate meter. EA: required to cover entire enterprise (all Users / all Knowledge Workers). The Flex Common Area 50% KW and Access 20% KW figures come from the Flex 3.0 data sheet, which is not among the cited sources.
