- EA 3.0 Program Terms End Users (Jan 24, 2024, archived reference): Full Commit Suite = a Suite acquired on terms (including duration, price, and quantities) that fulfill the minimum requirements criteria for a Full Commit Suite. Partial Commit Suite = a Suite acquired in addition to a corresponding Full Commit Suite that does not meet Full Commit eligibility. §2.4: True Forward charges for Partial Commit Suites are invoiced at the quarterly anniversary of the Initial EA Order; Full Commit Suites at the annual anniversary, unless Initial Growth Cap / Exceptional Growth (or OD-specified) triggers a quarterly True Forward. §2.6 Price Predictability: True Forward charges based on either (i) not-to-exceed pricing for Full Commit Suites or (ii) fixed discount for applicable Partial Commit Suites or Add-Ons, as provided by the Approved Source. Collaboration Portfolio OD: Collaboration is a Full Commit Suite purchase only.
