- The Buying Program OD (Jul 27 2026) is the current source; the archived Program Terms (Jan 24 2024) are cited for comparison. True Forward (Program Terms Jan 24 2024): “True Forward is Cisco’s periodic review and prospective billing process for increases in Use above Your then-current Entitlement. Cisco will conduct a True Forward review on a quarterly basis.” Partial Commit Suites invoiced at the quarterly anniversary; Full Commit Suites at the annual anniversary unless Initial Growth Cap / Exceptional Growth. Initial Growth Cap (both docs): first six months, Consumption/Use above 105% of initial Entitlement → Cisco may initiate True Forward at the next quarterly anniversary of the Initial EA Order. Growth Allowance (Jul 27 2026 OD): “Following the first six months of the Suite Term, You may Consume up to 115% of Your initial Entitlement of a Purchased Suite without incurring any additional fees (“Growth Allowance”).” Charges only for Use above that threshold at the next True Forward; Growth Allowance auto-applied to eligible Suites. Intra Suite Value Shift (Jan 2024): residual value of purchased but unused licenses in a Purchased Suite automatically offsets increased Use of other licenses in the same Suite at True Forward. Cross Suite Value Shift: unused licenses and licenses previously Used that You agree to no longer Use may offset increased Use in another eligible Full Commit Suite in the same Portfolio; requires same Approved Source, same time, same term, and 60 days’ notice before the annual True Forward.
