- Buying Program OD (EDCS-25881943 Ver 2.1, Jul 27 2026) §1.3–1.5: Services installed base “will be tracked, managed, and captured through True Forward for Software Services and True Up for Hardware Services.” Software Services Suites True Forward calculations are done separately from those in the Underlying Suite, but the True Forward date for Software Services Suites and the Underlying Suite is aligned. Hardware list-price changes from moves may result in a True Up. Hardware removed from the final quote but still Consumed is captured at the next Hardware Services True Up, retroactively from the Services start date. Professional Services Combined with Software → True Forward; Combined with Hardware → True Up (§1.7).
