A “Named User” is an employee or contractor given access to the Cloud Services and Software. Each Named User receives a unique account that may not be shared or used by anyone other than the designated employee or contractor. A Named User’s account may not be transferred to another person, except upon: (a) termination of the Named User’s employment or (b) Cisco’s prior written approval.
