- Flex Plan OD (EDCS-13324740 Ver 6.0, last modified Tue Nov 05 14:02:20 PST 2019): “A Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan subscription allows You to flexibly deploy various Cisco-hosted software-as-a-service offerings (“Cloud Services”) and licensed software (“Software”) for on-premises or partner-hosted deployments.” “The Cloud Services and Software are available under license models for named user (customer is obligated to pay per user), active user (customer is obligated to pay for actual usage), enterprise agreement (customer is obligated to pay for enterprise-wide use), or shared meetings (customer is obligated to pre-purchase a fixed number of meetings).” CUCM 15: “Flex Plan 3.0 offers both Enterprise Agreement (EA) and Named User (NU) buying models.”

- Named User (Flex OD §2.1): payment obligation based on Named Users on the Order, regardless of usage. A Named User is an employee or contractor given access; unique account may not be shared; transfer only upon termination of employment or Cisco’s prior written approval. Active User (Flex OD §2.2): AU Minimum; initial Meetings entitlement from Knowledge Workers; order must reflect at least 250 Knowledge Workers to be eligible. At term start, AU Minimum = greater of 40 Active Users or 15% of Knowledge Workers (Public Sector exhibit: 10% of Knowledge Workers, still floor of 40). Annual True Forward vs Average Active Users (months 9–11 of the preceding year) and 15% of Deployed Knowledge Workers; True Forward never reduces Active User count. Webex OD Active User floors (75 Active Users / 15% of Employees / 100 Employee Count, Webex OD Ver 5.0 Nov 5 2019) are separate from Flex Plan Active User floors (40 / 15% of Knowledge Workers / 250 KW). Flex Plan Buying Program OD (EDCS-25591030 Ver 1.0, Feb 14 2025): “The Meter for the Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan Portfolio is the number of Deployed Knowledge Workers.” Downturn: after the first 12 months, upon proof of a Downturn event, reduce Knowledge Worker quantity by up to 20% of then-current Entitlement once during the Suite Term, not below the 250 minimum, 60 days’ notice. The cited sources do not list Flex 3.0 child SKUs. A-FLEX EoS 2026-08-01 is a SKU event, not this program. Distinct from Autodesk Flex / Citrix Flex Credits.
