- Calendly Help Center: a seat is also called a licence and "represents one spot for a person in your organization"; the customer is billed for the number of seats whether or not they are filled.
- Counting rules
- One seat per user (host) in the organization, including Owners and Admins. Invitees booking a meeting do not need a seat. Seats can be bought without assigning them; removing a user keeps the paid seat open.

- Enterprise starts at 50 seats; Free plan has no purchasable seats until upgraded; seat count cannot be reduced below the number of assigned users.
