- Terms of Use §12.2: "The Fees for Subscriptions to the Atera End User AI Product Robin (“Robin Subscriptions”) are calculated based on the number of Contacts presented on the Platform, as measured by Atera. A “Contact” refers to an End User assigned by you to a specific customer or site within the Platform, who is marked with an “Active” status."
- Counting rules
- Count End Users (MSP: contacts; IT Department: users) assigned to a customer or site with Active status, as measured by Atera. Robin Subscriptions are prepaid for the Order Form quantity. If Contacts exceed that quantity during a calendar quarter, additional Robin Subscriptions are deemed purchased at the same unit fee, based on the quarter's maximum, for the rest of the term; at renewal the quantity resets to the maximum Contacts used in the preceding term (Terms §12.2). The Atera AI FAQ describes the quarterly measurement as "max daily active users vs. purchased licenses".
- Floors / minimums
- Order Form quantity is a floor for the term (payable even if fewer Contacts use Robin). Billed annually per the Atera AI FAQ.
