- Terms of Use §12.2: Robin Subscriptions are prepaid for the Order Form quantity; if the number of Contacts in a calendar quarter exceeds it, additional Robin Subscriptions are deemed purchased for the excess, invoiced on the quarter's maximum Contacts at the same unit fee for the remainder of the term.
