Active Users create new data; Legacy Users no longer create data but their archives remain available; Inactive Users have no content and need no licence.

- One licence per Active and Legacy User regardless of the number of content sources. A shared device such as a conference-room mailbox needs no licence of its own, but every individual User with access to its data does. Enterprise Vault Product Suite Complete includes File System Archiving up to 5 GB per user aggregate (14.3 and later).
