- Cloud Software Group End User Agreement s.15.2: during an Order and for one year after, the business unit or its auditors may audit compliance on 10 days' notice; the customer must assist at no cost; material non-compliance means reimbursing reasonable audit costs including attorneys' fees, and excess usage remains payable.
