- EULA s.18.3: Arctera may audit through Collected Data, self-certifications, on-site or third-party audits; on-site audits on reasonable notice, in business hours, at most once a year; unauthorized deployments are paid at undiscounted list price as of audit completion; the customer reimburses audit fees if non-compliant usage exceeds 5% of the list price value of compliant deployments.
