- Business Unit Terms (Backup Exec, InfoScale; similar for Enterprise Vault) and the Licensing Program Certificate: customers must enable automated usage reporting or upload it manually; where no tool exists, manual reports are due annually no later than 90 days before the subscription anniversary and within 30 days of a request, listing product, licence type, version, quantity or capacity, hardware model and region.
