- EULA s.2: non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal business operations in the quantities and at the Use Levels in the License Agreement, Product Use Rights and License Instrument, within the country of the customer's address on the License Instrument, plus one uninstalled archival copy for disaster recovery. Consultants and outsourcers may exercise the rights for the customer.
